Our Expertise

Mobile Experiences Designed to Perform, Engage, and Scale

A mobile app earns its place on the home screen or it is deleted. We build applications that load quickly, work on the devices your customers actually carry, and hold up as your user base grows.

Value

Mobile products, not mobile brochures

A mobile project succeeds on the details: how fast the first screen appears, how it behaves on a weak connection, how sensibly it handles a mid-range Android device three years old.

We treat mobile as product engineering. That means designing for the constraints of the device, planning the API layer alongside the app, testing on real hardware, and preparing the release pipeline before the first build is submitted.

Built for real devices

Tested on the hardware and network conditions your users actually have, not just the newest flagship.

Platform-native feel

Interfaces that respect iOS and Android conventions so the app feels familiar from the first tap.

Connected to your systems

APIs, payments, maps, messaging and analytics integrated as part of the build.

The problem

Business problems this solves

Where a mobile application changes the economics of a business.

01

Field teams work on paper

Drivers, technicians and inspectors capture information on forms that reach the office days later, if at all.

02

Customers cannot self-serve

Routine requests — bookings, status checks, reorders, documents — all land on a support team that could be doing higher-value work.

03

An existing app is losing users

Slow launches, crashes on older devices or a confusing flow are quietly driving uninstalls.

04

The web experience does not translate

A responsive site cannot reach the camera, location, offline storage or push notifications the workflow needs.

05

Two codebases, twice the cost

Separate iOS and Android teams drift apart, so every feature is specified, built and tested twice.

Capabilities

What we build

Complete mobile delivery, from the first wireframe to the release you ship next quarter.

iOS development

Swift and SwiftUI applications built to Apple's interface and privacy guidelines, ready for App Store review.

Android development

Kotlin and Jetpack Compose applications tested across screen sizes, OS versions and device tiers.

Native applications

Where performance, hardware access or platform features matter most, we build directly against the platform SDK.

Cross-platform development

One codebase serving both stores when speed to market and a shared feature set matter more than platform-specific depth.

Flutter and React Native

Production experience in both, with the choice made on your feature set, team and roadmap rather than habit.

Mobile UI/UX design

User flows, wireframes, interface design and prototypes tested on device before engineering begins.

APIs and third-party integrations

Backend services, payment gateways, maps, chat, push notifications and analytics wired in and documented.

Application testing

Functional, usability, performance and compatibility testing on physical devices as well as emulators.

App Store and Google Play deployment

Store listings, assets, privacy declarations, signing, phased rollout and review responses handled for you.

Post-launch maintenance

OS-version updates, crash monitoring, performance tuning and feature releases after go-live.

Business benefits

What changes for the business

Outcomes our clients engage us for — stated plainly, without invented numbers.

A direct channel to your customers

Push notifications and a permanent home-screen presence reach people without paying for the impression each time.

Field data captured at source

Information entered once, on site, with photos, signatures and location attached — and available to the office immediately.

Lower support volume

Self-service for routine requests reduces calls and email while improving the customer's experience of your business.

Offline resilience

Local storage and synchronisation keep work moving in warehouses, basements and rural routes where connectivity is poor.

Delivery approach

How we deliver

01

Product definition

Target users, core journeys and the minimum feature set for a first release agreed before design begins.

02

Design and prototype

Wireframes and an interactive prototype reviewed on real devices, so flows are validated before they are built.

03

Platform decision

Native or cross-platform, chosen against your feature requirements, performance needs and long-term maintenance plan.

04

Engineering in sprints

Regular internal builds distributed to your team so feedback arrives while it is still cheap to act on.

05

Device testing

Structured QA across OS versions, screen sizes and network conditions, including older devices.

06

Release and iterate

Store submission, staged rollout, crash and adoption monitoring, then a prioritised improvement cycle.

Security and quality

How we protect the work

Store compliance from the start

Privacy manifests, permission handling, data-deletion routes and age ratings prepared before submission rather than after a rejection.

Data protection on device

Secure keychain and keystore usage, encrypted local storage, certificate handling and no credentials embedded in the binary.

Crash and performance monitoring

Reporting configured before launch so regressions are visible in hours, not in one-star reviews.

Accessible interfaces

Dynamic type, contrast, touch-target sizing and screen-reader labelling treated as part of the definition of done.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Should we build native or cross-platform?

Cross-platform suits products where both stores need the same feature set quickly and the app is mostly screens, forms and data. Native suits products that lean heavily on the camera, sensors, background processing, or platform features released the same week Apple or Google ship them.

We make the recommendation during product definition and explain the trade-off in maintenance cost, not just build cost.

Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?

Yes. We prepare the store listing, screenshots, privacy declarations and signing configuration, submit on your behalf, and respond to review feedback until the app is live.

Can you take over an existing app?

Often, yes. We start with a technical review of the codebase, dependencies and store accounts, then give you an honest assessment of whether to continue, refactor in stages, or rebuild.

What about the backend?

We build and host the API layer where you need one, or integrate with your existing services. Either way the API is designed alongside the app, not retrofitted.

How do you keep the app working after release?

Mobile platforms change every year. A maintenance arrangement covers OS updates, dependency upgrades, crash fixes and store-policy changes so the app keeps working without an emergency project.
