Our Expertise

Secure, Scalable Web Applications Built for Real Business Growth

A web application is where your customers self-serve, your teams operate and your data becomes useful. We build platforms that stay fast, stay secure and keep working as usage climbs.

Value

Web platforms that carry real workloads

Web applications fail in predictable ways: a data model that cannot support the second big customer, an authentication layer bolted on late, a dashboard that takes eleven seconds to load once there are two years of history in it.

We design for the state your platform will be in two years from now — the tenancy model, the access control, the query patterns and the deployment pipeline — so growth is a capacity decision rather than a rewrite.

Secure by design

Authentication, authorisation, session handling and data isolation designed before the first feature.

Fast under load

Query design, caching and pagination planned for real data volumes rather than demo datasets.

Built to extend

Modular architecture so new modules, tenants and integrations are additions rather than surgery.

The problem

Business problems this solves

Where a purpose-built web platform changes how an organisation operates.

01

Customers cannot see their own information

Every status request, invoice copy and document reissue becomes a phone call your team answers manually.

02

Internal tools are a patchwork

Several disconnected systems and a shared drive, each holding part of the process and none holding the whole.

03

The platform slows as it succeeds

Response times degrade with data volume, and the fix keeps being deferred because it means touching the core.

04

Access control is informal

Everyone can see everything, which becomes a serious problem the moment you serve regulated clients or multiple tenants.

05

Reporting is a manual export

Someone downloads a spreadsheet each week and rebuilds the same analysis by hand.

Capabilities

What we build

The full stack of a modern web platform, from the interface to the deployment pipeline.

SaaS platforms

Multi-tenant products with subscription billing, plan limits, tenant isolation and self-service onboarding.

Customer and employee portals

Secure areas where clients and staff see their own records, documents, requests and history.

Business dashboards

Operational and management views built on live data, with filters, drill-down and scheduled exports.

Progressive web applications

Installable, offline-capable web apps for teams who need app behaviour without a store release cycle.

Responsive interfaces

Layouts that work on a warehouse tablet and a finance director's laptop, tested at both ends.

Backend and API development

Well-structured services, documented endpoints, background jobs and integration hooks.

Authentication and access control

SSO, multi-factor authentication, granular roles and permissions, and a usable audit trail.

Performance and scalability

Caching, indexing, queue-backed processing and load testing before the traffic arrives.

Business benefits

What changes for the business

Outcomes our clients engage us for — stated plainly, without invented numbers.

Support load moves to self-service

Customers answer their own routine questions, and your team handles the exceptions that need judgement.

Processes become measurable

Work that runs through a platform can be timed, queued, assigned and reported on.

Growth without proportional headcount

Adding customers means adding records, not adding coordinators.

Credible security posture

Access control, encryption and audit logging you can demonstrate during a client's vendor review.

Delivery approach

How we deliver

01

Domain and data modelling

The entities, relationships and tenancy model defined before interface work starts.

02

Interface and journey design

Key screens designed and reviewed as prototypes so the flow is settled before engineering.

03

Incremental build

Vertical slices delivered end to end, each usable, each demonstrable at the end of the sprint.

04

Hardening

Load testing, security review, error handling and observability added before launch, not after an incident.

05

Launch and handover

Deployment pipeline, monitoring, runbook and documentation delivered with the platform.

Security and quality

How we protect the work

Application security practices

Input validation, parameterised queries, output encoding, CSRF and rate-limit protection, and dependency scanning in the pipeline.

Tenant and data isolation

For multi-tenant products, isolation is designed and tested explicitly rather than assumed from a WHERE clause.

Observability

Structured logging, error tracking and uptime monitoring configured before launch so problems surface before customers report them.

Accessibility to WCAG AA

Keyboard navigation, focus management, contrast and semantic structure treated as functional requirements.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can you build a SaaS product we intend to sell?

Yes. Multi-tenant SaaS is one of the areas we work in most, including subscription billing, plan management, tenant onboarding and usage limits.

We also build the operational side owners forget until launch week: admin tooling, support access, usage reporting and a safe way to run migrations while customers are online.

How do you handle security?

Access control and data isolation are designed at the start, secrets stay out of the codebase, dependencies are scanned continuously, and we run a security review before release. For regulated clients we document the controls in a form your customers' vendor assessments can consume.

Will it stay fast as data grows?

That depends on decisions made early — indexing, pagination, caching and how reports are computed. We plan for realistic data volumes during architecture and load-test before launch.

Can you take over an existing web application?

Yes. We begin with a technical audit covering architecture, dependencies, security and test coverage, then propose either incremental improvement or a phased rebuild, with the reasoning made explicit.

Do you provide hosting?

We deploy into your cloud account so you own the infrastructure and the billing relationship. We can manage that environment for you under a support agreement.
