What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address and phone number you provide, together with any company name, subject and message you choose to add. We also record the date and time of submission and technical information such as the IP address the request came from, which is used to prevent automated abuse.
If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we hold the contact details and the content of that correspondence.
Why we use it
We use the information you send to respond to your enquiry, to discuss your requirements and, where relevant, to provide a proposal. We use technical submission data to protect the form against spam and abuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business record purposes. You may ask us to delete it sooner.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Where website analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand aggregate usage of the site and to measure the performance of our own marketing.

Third parties
We use service providers for website hosting and email delivery. These providers process data on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide their service.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us.
